Eddie Dilleen is a 30 year old property investor who’s been in the property investing game for just over a decade. From growing up poor in housing commission, to now officially owning over 40+ properties, Eddie has shown ordinary Australians that anything is truly possible no matter the disadvantages that life hands you.

Property investing requires hard work, time and dedication. From purchasing his first property at the age of 18, Eddie knew that he wanted to help other Australian’s who may be in the same situation, where they thought they could never create wealth. Eddie established Dilleen Property, a Buyer’s Agency located in Sydney, and wrote his first e-book ‘10 Properties By 25’ in 2018 to teach other Australian’s how to create a financially free future through property investments. 10 Properties By 25 was a huge success and enabled Eddie to help clients build a property portfolio to set them up for their future.

Throughout the years, Eddie has built a loyal client base and continued to invest in properties using his 3 key strategies - purchasing below market value, cash flow properties with high yields (minimum 6%), and purchasing in growth locations (metro). Eddie’s new book ‘30 Properties Before 30’ aims to help property investors find their ‘why’ and purpose to wanting to invest. It further aims to provide education about the purchasing process and investment strategies to help you build a passive income.
